Ingredients
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint
Coarse salt and ground pepper
