Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Cardamom

1 teaspoon Coriander

1 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder

1 tablespoon Turmeric

1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger

1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic

1 tablespoon Cilantro paste or fresh

1 can Full fat coconut milk

1 1/2 cups Chicken broth

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer until thick.

Pour into sautéed vegetables and/or meat.
