Ingredients

1/2 sheet Nore cuts into slivers

6 packet Ahi tuna, cut into 1/2" cubes

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Murin wine

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds

6 sheets wonton , cut into wedges

1/2 Avacado cut into cubes

2 tablespoon sriracha, thai chili sauce and mayo mixture

1 serranco chili, sliced in half and then 1/2 again

Preparation

Air dry the wontons for 2-3 minutes at 360, turning once, set aside.

Marinade the tuna in soy sauce, mirn mixture for 15-30 minutes.

Place tuna over chips and add toppings. Use the mayo combination last and as a toppling.
