Monday - Ramen Noodles with Shrimp and Broccoli Tuesday - Tacos Wednesday - Chicken Noodle Soup Thursday - Leftover Soup Friday - Smoked Sausage and potatoes Saturday - Out Welcome back to my weekly dinner plan. This is something new I’ve started on my blog. Meal planning helps me save on multiple trips to the grocery store, money, and last minute decision making. Ramen is going to be a new post and recipe on this blog. I’ll have it up tomorrow. I plan on adding some shrimp with zero point veggies to it. My tacos are pretty simple. I will often cook a whole pound of ground beef and add taco seasoning to the beef. Then I serve that on some soft shells tacos with tomatoes, hot sauce, cheese, and scallions. Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe can be found here. I always struggle trying to find ditalini pasta at the stores where I live but you can have whatever type of pasta you like to the soup. For the smoked sausage and potatoes I like to serve with some eggs for zero points for extra adding protein. Completely optional to add eggs in.
