Frozen Peanut Butter Cups is a simple 2 ingredient dessert that doesn’t require any baking and takes no time at all to make. The 2 ingredients used are peanut butter and Cool Whip and all you do is mix together the peanut butter and cool whip in a bowl and evenly divide the dessert into muffin tins. This an old WW dessert that I found about a year ago (back in 2011). I like re-discovering old recipes like this and you forget how good they tasted. You can make mini peanut butter cups using a 24 muffin cup pan or 12 peanut butter cups using a standard muffin pan.

Toppings for Frozen Peanut Butter Cups
I used some light dessert topping and drizzled some Hershey’s chocolate syrup over the frozen peanut butter cups. Don’t they look cute? They taste like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup without all the fat. You could also sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top or drizzle more peanut butter on them. I’ve used these 2 ingredients and added it to a store bought cookie pie crust. So good!
