Whenever you have a craving for cherry crisp or any type of crisp recipe and don’t want to make a whole pan, here’s a really quick and easy recipe you can whip up for 1 serving. This will work with any type of fruit like blackberries, peaches, or raspberries. I have the day off since it’s Good Friday,  so I decided to make some cherry crisp. This recipe is so ridiculously easy it’s almost embarrassing. Instead of baking the crisp in the oven, you could make this in the microwave. The reason why this cherry crisp is easy, is that it calls for store bought granola. If you make it homemade, you have to combine all the ingredients in a stander mix including butter, oatmeal, sugar, flour, etc. Use whatever frozen fruit you have on hand. I suggest if you want to use the microwave, place all the fruit in a ramekin, and then top it off with granola. Microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes and serve it with some low fat vanilla ice cream. This is only  6 WWP+.  Found this recipe in the Weight Watcher’s 5 Ingredient 15 - Minute Recipes magazine. If you have this for breakfast, I won’t tell anyone. It could be easily made for that as well. 🙂 2 teaspoon sugar  1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice  1 pinch of salt  2 tablespoons of ready to eat low fat granola  2 teaspoon of lite whipped topping
