Ingredients
1 tablespoon Shallot, minced
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Olive oil
Preparation
Combine shallot, red wine vinegar and lemon juice and allow to set for 5-10 minutes
Add mustard and olive oil. Whisk until combined and… voila!
