Ingredients
.75 ounce Sauternes cask Brandy
.75 ounce Pineau des Charentes
1 dash Absinthe
1 ounce Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 dashes Orange bitters
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 pinch Raw Sugar
Preparation
Combine .75 oz of Sauternes cask Brandy, .75 oz of Pineau des Charentes, one dash of Absinthe, one dash of Angostura bitters , two dashes of orange bitters, half oz of lemon juice and raw sugar and shake over ice.
