1.5 teaspoon Ginger Powder (HQ)

1 piece 6" Dried Turmeric Root

2 sticks Cinnamon Stick

15 pieces Seeds from big Black Cardamom

3 pieces Star Anise

1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg Powder (HQ)

1/8 teaspoon Mace shavings

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 pinch Clove Powder (HQ)

4 pinches Mustard Seed

2 teaspoon Fenugreek Leaves

1 piece Bay Leaf (small)

20 pieces Small Curry Leaves

Preparation

Get all spices from Indian Grocer; highest quality spice, lowest cost, easiest decision.

Put in spice grinder or pulse in blender.

Store in airtight container. Keep in fridge.
