Ingredients

10 ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

2 ounces Bitter-sweet Chocolate Chips

2 quarts Whole Milk

8 ounces Caramel Sauce

1 can Whipped Topping

1 bottle Chocolate Topping Syrup

1 bottle Caramel Topping Syrup

4 ounces Toasted Pecan Pieces

Preparation

Add Milk and Chips to pot and place over heat

As the Milk heats up begin to stir occasionally

When milk begins to bubble stir vigorously until all the Chips are melted and incorporated

Reduce heat and hold at 100 degrees

In a coffee mug add 8 ounces of the Hot Cocoa

Mix in 1 ounce of Caramel Sauce for each cup of Hot Cocoa

Top with Whipped Topping, Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Syrup, and Toasted Pecan Pieces

Makes a total of 8 mugs or cups of Turtle Hot Cocoa
