1 pound Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Grated Zucchini
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
1/2 cup Grated Carrots
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Course Salt
to task Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 ounces Feta Cheese- Crumbled
1 piece Egg
1/2 teaspoon Course Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Form into 6 Patties and Grill
