Ingredients

8 ounces Raw Tuna (sushi grade)

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1 1/2 teaspoons Wasabi Paste

3/4 teaspoon Asian Sesame Oil

Preparation

Dice tuna into small cubes and reserve. Mix dressing and reserve. Combine the two just before serving along with Rice Thin Crackers. NOTE: Mix only the amount you plan to consume. Both the tuna and the dressing will stay fresh for a few days and I’ve had best results keeping them separate as leftovers.
