Ingredients
1/4 cup Grapeseed oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce or Fish Sauce
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic clove - crushed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine.
Put tuna steaks in a ziplok bag that fits all and add marinade.
Marinate steaks in refrigerator for 1 hour per inch of thicknes (minimum) up to 2 hours.
Grill to desired doneness. Discard unused marinade.
