Ingredients

1 tablespoon Shallots - minced

2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Lemon juice - freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

Drizzle in olive oil while whisking to combine thoroughly.

Store in a shaker/cruet. Should be OK to store in refrigerator for up to a week
