Ingredients
2 pieces Tilapia
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup White Wine
1 tablespoon Ginger
6 stalks Green Onions
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
3 pieces Limes
1 cup Flour
3 cloves Garlic
Preparation
Prewarm oven to 250 deg
Mix Salt and pepper in flour
Cut green onions in 1/4 inch rounds
Mince garlic cloves
Coat fish with flour mixture
Saute fish in oilive oil until golden brown
Put fish in prewarmed oven
Saute green onions with garlic and ginger in pan with residual crumbs from fish
Add butter, wine, lime joice and reduce until pourable
Plate fish and pour sauce on fish
