Ingredients

2 sweet potato

1.5 cups brown rice

1 3/4-2 cans black beans

1/2 cup broccoli

1/4 cup cauliflower

1/2 red onion (sauted)

1/2 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup raw almonds

1 roasted red peppers

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seed

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

3/4 cups organic oats

Preparation

Steam borccoli and cauliflower

microwave sweet poatots 10 minutes each

add all ingredients to food processor

shape into pattys. will be sticky. COok on flat top. Spray oil if needed
