Ingredients
3 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Peas (precooked)
1 slice Goat Cheese
15 grams Butter
Preparation
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt and Pepper.
Mix the ingredients together with a fork.
Put the butter into a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan once the butter is melted.
When the egg mixture starts to get firm, put the slice of goat cheese (or any other kind of cheese you prefer) on top of the omelet.
When the cheese starts to melt, add the peas and coriander.
When the cheese is fully melted and the omelet is no longer liquid, put onto a plate, folding in half as you do so.
Enjoy immediately!
