Ingredients
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha (Thai hot chili sauce) or 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
