3 tablespoons UNSALTED BUTTER

1 tablespoon FLOUR

1 cup HEAVY CREAM

4 SWEET POTATO PEELED AND SLICED 1/4 INCH ROUNDS

1/4 cup BREAD CRUMBS

1/4 cup GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

COOK GARLIC IN 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER.

ADD FLOUR AND STIR 3 MINUTES.

STIR IN CREAM AND BRING TO A SIMMER.

LAYER POTATOES IN A WELL BUTTERED DISH.

SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER

POUR CREAM SAUCE OVER POTATOES

BAKE 350 FOR ONE HOUR

PUT BREAD CRUMBS AND PARMESAN CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE ANOTHER 15 MINUTES
