Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup plain low-fat regular or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons soymilk
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, scrapingdown sides of blender as needed. Serveimmediately.
