Ingredients
20 Mushrooms {button, stems removed}
8 ounces Cream Cheese [softened]
1 cup Cheddar Cheese [shredded]
2 Jalapenos [seeded , minced]
2 teaspoons Garlic [minced]
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Chives [fresh, chopped for garnish]
8 slices Bacon [cooked and chopped]
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeno, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove mushroom stems. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and put on baking pan.
Bake until mushrooms are cooked. @ 25 minutes.
Garnish with chives.
