Ingredients

16 ounces Cream Cheese [softened to room temperature]

1 cup Cheddar Cheese [sharp, shredded]

1 cup Monterey Jack [shredded]

1/4 cup Scallions [sliced thinly]

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 tablespoon Hot Sauce [your choice]

1 Sea Salt [to taste]

1 Pepper [to taste]

6 slices Bacon [cooked and chopped small]

1/3 cup Pretzels [crushed]

1 slice White Cheddar Cheese

2 bags Potato Chips [for serving]

Preparation

  1. Combine cream cheese, monterey jack, Cheddar, and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions, garlic powder, hot såuce, in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Beat until mixed evenly and looks fluffy.

  2. Transfer mix to serving platter, mold into football shape. Press crushed pretzels, remaining scallions, and cooked bacon all over surface of football shape.

  3. Refrigerate for 60 minutes or more.

  4. Cut cheese slice into thin strips to create laces and stripes.

  5. Serve with chips and crackers.
