Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower [cut into large florets]

1 cup Flour

1 cup Milk

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/4 cup Butter [melted]

1 bottle Ranch Dressing [for serving]

1 bunch Celery Sticks [for serving]

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

BATTER:

  1. Combine flour, milk, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

COOK:

  1. Dredge cauliflower florets in batter until evenly coated. Shake off excess batter and put on lined baking sheets.

  2. Bake until the cauliflower edges are golden brown. About 20 - 25 minutes.

SAUCE:

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together hot sauce and melted butter until evenly combined.

  2. Toss the cauliflower “wings” in sauce and serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
