Ingredients
51 ounces Chopped Clams
1 Large Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
15 ounce Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
.5 cup Butter (1 stick)
4 ounce Clam Juice
1 Parsley
Preparation
Melt butter in pan
Add onion and garlic to pan and saute until tender
Add clams to pan and saute
Pour mixture into bowl with the breadcrumbs
Add broth to moisten (may need to add more/less depending on dryness)
Sprinkle parsley to taste
Fill clam shells and sprinkle with paprika *** may freeze without paprika at this stage
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until heated through and golden
