Ingredients

2 cans Minced Clams with Juice

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 Onion Chopped

4 cloves Garlic chopped

1/2 Bell Pepper chopped

2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

3/4 cup Breadcrumbs

1 dash Hot Sauce

4 ounces Shredded Mozarella Cheese

2 tablespoon Butter

Preparation

Simmer the 2 cans of clams with juice and lemon juice for 10-15 mins until the juice disappears

Add the onion, pepper, seasoning, and saute in with clams and butter until veggies soften.

Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs

Pour mixture into uncovered quiche dish and cover with mozzarella cheese.

Bake in oven at 350 15-20 mins until top is golden brown.

Serve with pita bread, pita chips, or crackers
