Ingredients
3/4 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
4 stalks scallions
3 cups broccoli
5 sticks carrots cut thin
2 handful cashews
2 cans baby corn
3/4 cup water
4.5 tablespoons hoisin
4.5 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
heat sesame oil
stir fry garlic and ginger
stir fry shrimp and take out when cooked
steam broccoli in microwave
stir fry broccoli, carrot, baby corn, scallions,
add cashews
add shrimp and sauce (water, hoisin, soy, red pepper flakes… consider adding some cornstarch to thicken… whisk it)
serve with farro and/or rice
