Ingredients
8 batch Chicken Thighs
1 can Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Ginger - minced
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Chili Glaze
4 batch Green Onions - sliced to garnish
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
Preparation
Wash Chicken - pat dry
shake coconut milk throughly.
Marinate chicken in coconut milk, ginger, pepper, and chili flakes at least an hour
Gill thighs on high - appx 10 to 12 min turning as needed Frequently dipping in marinade.
Remove from heat, add chili glaze and sprinkle with scallions
