Ingredients

4 cups Dry Rice

4 cans Diced Tomatoes

4 cans Beans

4 cans Sweet Corn

4 pieces Onion

5 cloves Garlic

1/2 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Curry Powder

1 tablespoon Salt

2 tablespoon Black Pepper

4 pieces Bell Pepper

1/4 cups Olive Oil

Preparation

Cook rice according to directions

Pour tomatoes into large pot and heat

Mince garlic

Dice onions and peppers

Pour oil into pan and saute onions, peppers, and garlic

Pour beans into pot and heat to a boil

Pour corn and into a pot and heat to a boil

Add sauted mixture, sugar, and spices to the tomatoes

Strain beans and corn

Serve tomato mixture over rice with beans and corn
