Ingredients
3 tablespoons Ginger, Finely Minced, Fresh, (very fine)
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 wedges Lime Juice, ½ of a fresh squeezed Lime
1 clove Garlic, Fresh Clove, Pressed
1/2 teaspoon Thai Chili Flakes, Hot to Medium dried chili flakes, ¼ to ½ teaspoon
1 g Soak the above ingredients for 15 minutes before proceeding
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Sugar
1/8 cup Fish Sauce
1/2 cup 7 Up, Lemon-Lime Soda
Preparation
Soak the first 5 ingredients for at least 15 minutes before mixing the last 4 ingredients. Mix everything in a bowl and serve as a dipping sauce for Spring Rolls.
