Ingredients
1 Lady Grey tea bag
1 cup sliced strawberries (about 7)
1 cup vodka
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 6 lemons)
Ice
Seltzer
Preparation
In a small container, combine tea bag, strawberries, and vodka. Let steep 1 hour. Meanwhile,in a small pitcher, stir together sugar and lemon juice until sugar dissolves. Discard teabag, add vodka mixture to pitcher, and stir together.
To serve, fill four rocksglasses with ice. Divide cocktailamong glasses and top withseltzer.
