Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons Worceshire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 garlic, large minced
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 scallions, thinly sliced
2 pounds Shrimp
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
In a large bowl mix seasonings, toss with shrimp, let stand for 15 minutes.
In a large skillet, over high heat add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add shrimp, worcesreshire sauce, pepper sauces and garlic, saute for 2 minutes.
Add other 1,4 cup ofoil, chicken broth and wine. Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove shrimp to a platter
Add scallions to skillet and boil over hight heat for 3 minutes.
Pour over shrimp and serve with rice and french bread
