Ingredients

2 bunches scallions, white and green parts, trimmed and finely chopped 

4 teaspoons ground allspice 

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper 

1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt 

2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped 

1 Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and finely chopped 

1 teaspoon thyme leaves
