Ingredients

2 pounds Shrimp

5 Garlic Cloves

1/3 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Shell and Devein the shrimp, mince the garlic

PLace the shrimp in a shallow dish and toss with the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Marinate for several hours or overnight

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Salt them lightly, put them on skewers, and grill about 3 minutes total flipping once.
