Ingredients

1 can Sardines

1 cup Red Onion, chopped

4 tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1 clove Garlic, chopped

1/2 cup Lemon, thin slices

1 cup Scallions, chopped

2 tablespoon Spanich Paprika

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 sprig Rosemary

1 sprig Thyme

1 tablespoon Salt

Preparation

Grill Sardines over hot fire or serve cold

Combine other ingredients and pour over fish

Serve cold or warm
