2 tablespoons BUTTER

1/2 cup GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

1/2 teaspoon SALT

1/2 teaspoon PEPPER

1 EGG WHITE BEATEN

1 1/2 pounds GROUND TURKEY

1 XHOPPED ONION

1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER

2 cloves GARLIC

1 quart SPAGHETTI SAUCE

1/2 teaspoon OREGANO

1 pound LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE

12 ounces SHREDDED MOZZERELLA CHEESE

Preparation

COOK GROUND TURKEY WITH PEPPER AND ONION

COMBINE MEAT AND SPAGHETTI WITH SAUCE GARLIC AND OREGANO. SIMMER

PUT IN A 13 X 9 INCH GREASED PAN THIS WILL BE THE CRUST

SPREAD COTTAGE CHEESE OVER MIXTURE.

BAKE 350 FOR 30 MINUTES

SPRINKLE MOZZERELLA CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.

LET STAND 15 MINUTES
