Ingredients

4 batch one whole onion, 6 to 10 ripe tomatoes, butter, fresh and dried basil, cracked pepper, fennel seeds, salt , fresh garlic

1 yellow onion

10 wedges ripe tomatoes

Preparation

sauce chooped yellow onion in butter until tansluscent, then add chopped tomatoes and 3-4 chopped garlic cloves, cooked for a few minutes then blend . add fennel, a little cumin seeds. fresh basil and dried basil salt and craked pepper.

saute onion until translucent in butter.
