Ingredients

1 pound Dried Pinto Beans

2 cans Ro*Tel Tomatoes (10 oz can)

1/2 pound Bacon (1/2 inch peices)

1 Onion, yellow

1 tablespoon Chili Powder

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin

1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 bunch Cilantro (chopped)

2 Bay Leaf

Preparation

Soak beans overnight

Combine all ingredients with enough water to cover by 1/2 to 1 inch.

25 min in an instant pot, natural release

Serve with cornbread
