Ingredients
1/2 cup Whiskey
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Molasses
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
taste pinch Salt and Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic Minced
Preparation
Whisk together the whiskey, brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper until the sugar and salt are dissolved.Stir in 2 tablespoons of the oil and the garlic.
Add Venison and marinate in refrigerator overnight
remove all but a few tablespoons of sauce and then Set souse vide to 130 degrees and cook for 4 hours
