Ingredients

1 Turkey

4 quarts Stock (preferably turkey stock)

Preparation

Season (salt, pepper, other) turkey, place in bag

Add other seasonings (lemon, rosemary, bay leaf)

Add stock to completely fill and cover the turkey

Seal the bag

Sous Vide turkey for 24 hours @ 150 degrees

Remove turkey from water and bag and remove any left over spices. Rest for 30 minutes

Place in oven for 20 minutes @ 450 degrees to brown skin
