Ingredients

4 pieces Pork Chops

1 splash Seasoning Salt

4 sprigs Rosemary

1 tablespoons Butter

Preparation

Combine pork chops is a sous vide bag and add seasoning salt, rosemary and 2 pats a butter for each chop

Sous vide at 137 for about 1.5-2 hours

Pat dry after removing from sous vide

Pan sear on high heat cast iron pan for about 60-75 second

Let chops rest

Deglaze pan with butter and sous vide bag juices

Pour over chops before serving
