Ingredients

3/4 cup Discarded Sourdough Starter

2 tablespoons Melted Butter

1/4 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Herbs

Preparation

Mix ingredients. Pour onto parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread to flatten. Should be very thin. Place in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and score into cracker size squares. Continue baking for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Take out and cool.
