Ingredients
2 slices Smoked Gouda cheese
2 slices Angelic Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread
2 pieces Bacon
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 cup Fresh spinach
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
Cook bacon according to directions on the package.
While bacon cooks, prepare the sandwich by slathering butter on the outside of both pieces of bread.
Spread the mustard on the inside of both pieces of bread.
Layer with 1 slice of cheese, spinach, apple, bacon, and other slice of cheese.
Top with other piece of bread and place in warm frying pan.
