Ingredients
9 pounds Brisket Flat
.25 cup Kosher Salt
1.5 tablespoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Aleppo pepper flakes
2 teaspoons Cumim
.5 cup Spray Bottle -Apple Juice
.5 cup Spray Bottle- Apple cider Vinegar
Preparation
Create spray bottle with ingrediants listed.
Combine other ingredients for rub. Trim excess fat. Wash meat, pat dry.
Apply rub, wrap plastic wrap. Refridgerate at least 1 hour.
