Homemade queso dip is great to bring to an outdoor gathering in the Summer time. I brought this to a party once and everyone loved it!  Queso Dip is simple to cook in your slow cooker (or it can be made on the stove). I love to use tortilla chips or Frito corn chips to dip the queso with.  If you are ever stuck in a rut for dinner sometimes appetizers are the way to go and that is what is so great about the slow cooker. Slow Cookers can keep just about any type of dip like this warm before it’s ready to serve! Have this slow cooker queso dip with onion rings, hicken taquitos, buffalo wings, crab rangoons, etc.  If you don’t want to read the whole entire post please use the Skip to Recipe Feature at the top of the post.

What Ingredients do I need?

Velveeta  - This cheese deserves to be in queso whether you like it not! It’s so melty and great for queso or even mac and cheese.  Turkey Sausage - any type of turkey sausage with lots of flavor or ground beef will even work  Chili Beans - can use black beans, pinto beans, or red kidney beans to help make this lower in points for WW  Chili Powder, Paprika, and Pepper - for spices
