Buffalo chicken dip is a creamy and cheesy dip filled with cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch, cooked chicken, and gets topped with cheese. It is a well-known dip or appetizer that anyone enjoys and comes together quickly. Guaranteed to show up at any game day event or Super Bowl party. It isn’t the most photogenic dip to photograph because it’s an odd bright orange color but this will have to do. I recently updated this post with new pictures and the post to help you achieve the perfect buffalo chicken dip recipe. 7/24/2020
Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Dip
Chicken: Shredded rotisserie chicken or any type of pre-cooked chicken works well for this. Cream Cheese: My favorite is whipped cream cheese because it’s light and fluffy and already soft so it is easy for mixing or spreading onto bagels. That is why I chose to use this in my dip. Buffalo Sauce I always buy Franks, it’s pretty low in points already and you can have quite a bit for only 0 points. Ranch Bolt House Farms Greek Style Ranch Dressing is my favorite Ranch dressing to get at the stores. You can use that or a packet 1 oz dry seasoning mix.
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the cream cheese, chicken, wing sauce, and ranch dressing into a bowl. Pour into an ungreased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Spread cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with baguette slices.

How do you figure out points for recipes?
The recipe builder app from WW is what I use to figure out points for all my recipes. You have to pay the monthly fee in order to use it.
Why am I still getting different points from what you have listed?
This could be quite a number of reasons and here are a few that I have come across. Number of servings Low-Fat vs Fat-Free ingredients Zero Point foods are different for all 3 plans Using the nutrition info calculator instead of the recipe builder WW points are calculated using the recipe builder and not the nutrition info calculator. The nutrition calculator doesn’t calculate 0 point foods correctly.
