Ingredients
1 kg Chicken
1/3 cup Chicken Fat/ Skin
1 piece Green Chili
1/3 cup Tamarind Leaves
1/2 piece Julienned Ginger
2/5 packet Knorr Sampaloc Mix
1 scoop Fish Sauce
Preparation
Add oil on the pan, add chicken fat and saute for 5 mins
Saute ginger for 3 mins, and add garlic and onion
Add chicken and fish sauce and mix
Add water and knorr sampaloc mix and let it to a boil wait for 10-20 mins
Add leaves and green chili
Bring to a boil and let it simmer until chicken is tender
And its done, adjust to taste
