Ingredients

1 kg Chicken

1/3 cup Chicken Fat/ Skin

1 piece Green Chili

1/3 cup Tamarind Leaves

1/2 piece Julienned Ginger

2/5 packet Knorr Sampaloc Mix

1 scoop Fish Sauce

Preparation

  1. Add oil on the pan, add chicken fat and saute for 5 mins

  2. Saute ginger for 3 mins, and add garlic and onion

  3. Add chicken and fish sauce and mix

  4. Add water and knorr sampaloc mix and let it to a boil wait for 10-20 mins

  5. Add leaves and green chili

  6. Bring to a boil and let it simmer until chicken is tender

  7. And its done, adjust to taste
