Ingredients

1 pound shrimp deveined

6 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon chili paste

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey

20 Basil leaves

Preparation

Leave the tails on the shrimp for color. Heat oil in a wok on heat with chili paste until it starts to bubble. Add shrlimp, fish sauce and brown sugar, stir fry for 3 -5 minutes or until shrip are cooked. Stir in sweet basi leaves just before serving.
