Ingredients

1 pound Short Ribs

1 pound Oxtail

2 ribs Bone Marrow

2 Onions

5 sticks Celery

5 Carrots

1 cloves Garlic

Preparation

Rough chop onions, celery, carrots and garlic

Fry with bone marrow

Add oxtail & short ribs

Add red wine, stock and tomatoes

Cover and slow cook in the oven for at least 4 hours

Remove bones and shred meat, mix together

Serve with pasta
