Ingredients
3 pounds Organic Russet (or Idaho) Potatoes
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
2 Large eggs
2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1.5 cups Onion-chopped
24 ounces Canola oil
Preparation
Heat oil in cast iron pan (it should be about 1 inch deep in the pan)
Chop onion in Cuisinart using pulsing button with chopper blade
