Ingredients
1/2 piece Minced Garlic
1 piece Sliced Red Onion
3 pieces Quartered Tomato
1/2 slice Cubed Squash
1 cup String Beans
7 pieces Sliced Okra
1/2 cup Fried Fish (Sahog)
3 pieces Diced Eggplant
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar *adjust to taste
2 scoop Fish Sauce
3 cups Water
2 scoops Cooking Oil
Preparation
Cut garlic, red onion, tomatoes, squash, string beans.
Debone the fried fish into pieces
Cooking:
Add oil on heated pan and add garlic, cook until brown
Add onions and stir and mash a bit to mix flavor
Add tomatoes and 2 ladle of fish sauce
Add fish and mix
Add string beans and 3 cups of water
Stir, add brown sugar, and add squash cover the pan and wait to boil
Add okra and eggplant
After it boils it’s done. Taste and adjust to taste preference
